Who is billythekid? Well I'm 27 at the time of writing this(May2006) and live in Scotland in a city called Aberdeen. I'm a plumber to trade but I am currently unemployed. I have three kids, two girls and a boy, we are expecting our fourth on August 1st 2006. It's cold in Scotland what can I say!! ;o) ;o) I have my own website at http://blog.the-kid.org for anyone interested in that! mIRC is always the first thing installed on any of my computers! I enjoy scripting my own small "programs" in mIRC and use my own mp3/wav player in channel (along with a few other things). All these are available to anyone who wants them at the above link. The channel of #IRCWavPlayers is just about the best channel on IRC. Friendly and helpful ops who try to make your tiem on IRC as enjoyable as possible. We don't get rowdy too often! I have been in the channel since about September 2000 and have seen many come and go over the years. Who can forget melikestasing's typos, skittles and mikester's play messages, the much missed late Rarebit's uber-dry sense of humour. It's all shaped me a little. I have shared good times and bad with all involved with the channel and would consider all as friends. There have been changes too. People now get voiced/Ops when participating. We used to have to work hard for it!! There aren't many of us left now, but I think the "ops of old" all stand out just a little bit from the rest. I put these pages together for the channel too so if anyone wants their picture put up on the mugshot gallery or their own bio page feel free to contact me. The space is available for you free of charge on the site so get those pics in!! If you can't find me send them to Peg or Oscar and they will make sure I get them. I would also like to make sure that all ops past and present know that I still think about them. Everyone I have known in channel has been a great friend to me. If anyone got pissed at me, and I am sure there are many!, then I want to take this space just to say sorry. I never mean to hurt/annoy/agitate anyone but i know my typing fingers often work faster than my brain! To all ops past, I miss you, and to all ops future, welcome to the family. I would encourage anyone interested in people or music or both to come to wavplayers. It's a great room with great people, and even though we have relaxed the rules a little it is still somewhere kids can come and be safe on the net.
